Great Grog Wine Tasting

Thanks to all who attended this really fun night, and I'm speaking as somebody who wasn't partaking! We had almost a full house and they were treated to a very interesting selection of reds and whites, at least one of which must have tickled everybody's taste buds.

Once again, Katrina demonstrated just why she should enter the lottery by collecting the winner's bottle of bubbly for displaying the best knowledge of wine, although her efforts to 'throw' the tie breaker almost saved her the embarrassment of winning both the prizes on offer since fundraising began. Looking forward to opening that bottle at the finish line...



Our host for the night was great fun, and enthusiastic for his subject, but at least not in a way that made you feel you should stick to lambrini! I think we'd all heartily recommend this to all wine lovers, and even those who simply want to see what the fuss is about.
